We immediately reserve your diamond with our supplier and re-confirm the details so you get exactly what you selected.

Our suppliers are based globally; your diamond typically starts in the US, India, or Antwerp. It moves through their local logistics and then on to our UK office.

The diamond reaches our UK team. We independently match it to its certificate and inspect its condition before it goes any further.

We dispatch from the UK with full insurance, tracking, and recyclable packaging - typically via Royal Mail Special Delivery.

We plant a sapling for every diamond purchased, contributing to reforestation efforts through the National Trust.
